Terms of service
Effective 2026-10-17
These terms describe your use of FarmHelper, a web service for organizing farm records, tasks, files, and optional planning tools. Read them together with our privacy policy. The operator identified below provides the service.
1. Accounts and farm access
FarmHelper’s initial launch is available only to users in the United States who are at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Do not create an account if you do not meet those requirements. If you use FarmHelper for a farm or organization, you must have authority to act for it. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Only access farms and records you are authorized to use. Farm owners are responsible for the information they enter and any access they grant to other people. A member may be able to view or change shared farm records within the permissions offered by the service.
2. Your records and public pages
You retain your rights in records, photos, and files you provide. You give the service operator permission to host, process, display, and transmit them as needed to provide the service and follow your instructions. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions, including permission to publish someone’s personal information or photo.
A public farm profile can expose the farm profile, contact details, selected animals, and gallery items. Treat information you publish as accessible to anyone, including search engines. Removing it from FarmHelper cannot remove copies that visitors or other services have already made.
Keep independent copies of important records. Do not upload passwords, payment card details, private keys, human medical records, or information you are not entitled to share.
3. Responsible use
Do not use FarmHelper for unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, malware, unsolicited messaging, or attempts to access another customer’s data. Do not bypass access controls, plan limits, or usage protections, or disrupt the service. Contact the operator privately about security concerns.
4. Estimates, reminders, and AI
The AI assistant is not available in the initial release.
Breeding dates, planting calendars, feed projections, charts, and AI responses are assistance tools. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not veterinary, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Confirm important decisions with qualified professionals and your own observations.
Delivery of emails or calendar updates depends on configuration and external services. Verify time-sensitive work independently. When enabled, the AI assistant can read farm information and change records based on your requests. Review its responses and the resulting records; do not send sensitive personal information to it.
5. Trials and billing
Each farm workspace has its own subscription. Homestead costs $9 per month or $90 per year; Farmstead $19 per month or $190 per year; Ranch $39 per month or $390 per year. Annual plans are charged in one yearly payment. Applicable taxes are added as shown at checkout. Prices and included features are shown before you subscribe.
The advertised trial lasts 14 days, includes Ranch features, and does not require a card to begin. AI is unavailable. Completing subscription checkout applies your selected plan after confirmation and preserves any remaining initial trial; it does not start a new trial. Choosing a live subscription requires a payment method and authorizes recurring charges after any remaining trial, at the interval and price shown in checkout. After a trial ends, paid features may be restricted unless an eligible subscription is active. Feature availability and usage limits are described in the plan you select.
Before any live subscription starts, checkout must show the price, billing interval, trial conditions, and applicable taxes. A paid subscription renews on its stated interval until canceled. Use the billing portal when available to manage or cancel it, or contact support if you cannot access the portal. The farm owner can change plans in Plan & billing. Review the price and effective date before confirming. Upgrades within the same billing interval apply after the prorated payment succeeds. Downgrades, billing-interval changes and changes during a trial are scheduled for the current period’s end or trial end; no immediate charge applies to those scheduled changes. The renewal invoice calculates applicable taxes, discounts and credits. You can remove a scheduled plan change before it takes effect. A failed upgrade payment preserves the current plan until payment succeeds. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can cancel directly in Plan & billing or the billing portal, which shows the cancellation date. A cancellation in Plan & billing removes pending upgrades and scheduled changes. Cancellation stops future renewals. Records are preserved, while new activity above a downgraded plan’s limits may be blocked.
Cancellation does not itself delete your account or farm records. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights under applicable law still apply.
To request a full refund of the first subscription payment for your farm workspace, use Feedback & support or email info@workflowforge.tech from your account email within 14 calendar days of that payment. This applies to the first monthly or annual payment. Later payments, upgrades, renewals and requests outside that window are reviewed individually. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank and provider processing times vary. A refund request does not itself cancel future renewal. Tell support whether you also want to cancel. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
6. Availability, suspension, and closure
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, faults, or provider outages. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain the issue and how to resolve it.
You may stop using the service and request account closure through the contact below. Farm ownership, shared records, billing cancellation, and data deletion need to be handled separately. The privacy policy explains the current deletion-request process and retention limits.
7. Rights and changes
The FarmHelper software, branding, and service materials belong to their respective owners. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of those materials.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular farming decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to fraud or other mandatory protections.
Material changes will be described on this page with a new effective date and communicated through the service or the account email where appropriate before they take effect. Contact the operator about any dispute. These terms do not impose arbitration or a specific court jurisdiction.
